Policies
++ SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS. We do our best to ensure you aren't overpaying for shipping, and if you have orders we can combine, we will. In that case, we do refund any shipping overages.
Orders up to $50 are automatically covered by USPS OR UPS. Orders over this amount are not covered so if you’d like to purchase insurance, let us know via email, and we can send you an invoice.
Once your package has been given to UPS/USPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
International shipping: We will do our best to ship as economically as possible and will refund any overages that were charged. Orders to AU and NZ are still taking up to 12 weeks to arrive so please be patient.
Please note: Pink Door Fabrics reserves the right to increase charges if shipping and fabric costs increase.
++ RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped! There is a 20% restocking fee if the ordered fabric is incorrect for your purposes. If the fault is ours, we'll make it right. There are no returns on any patterns or books at any time.
Fabrics which are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
++ CANCELLATION POLICY
As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations. This particularly applies on PREORDER items as we order those fabrics based on the pre-sales of those fabrics. If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Gift cards are non-refundable at any time.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our shop. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
Preorders - All preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
++ BOM and COLLECTION BOXES - CANCELLATION POLICY
Blocks of the Month are non-cancellable within 30 days of the start date or at anytime during the block of the month program. We welcome you to find a replacement person for your spot if you must cancel, and you must facilitate the transfer of all shipped material to the new subscriber and alert us of the contact person immediately so that we can enroll them in your subscription. No refunds will be issued at any time.
If your payment fails during the BOM, the portal will auto-retry your payment twice more, one day apart. If your subscription fails due to non-payment, we can reinstate subscriptions after a $25 administration fee is applied to your account.
You may not sell your subscriptions on Etsy or other public marketplaces. These BOM programs and all associated materials are the property of Pink Door Fabrics and are subject to all applicable copyright laws.
The Tilda Club Box and the Pink Door Box are non-cancellable within 30 days of the billing date noted on your account. As these items must be ordered well in advance of billing of shipping, we are unable to cancel them, or offer refunds. You may choose to cancel once your box has shipped, and before the 30 days prior to the following billing occurs. The Tilda Box ships quarterly, in conjunction with Tilda Fabrics releases and the Pink Door Box ships in conjunction with Tula Pink's fabric releases. These are not monthly, and there is ample time to cancel between shipments if you prefer.
++ PREORDER POLICY
Pink Door Fabrics will offer preorders on our most coveted upcoming collections. You can find these fabric collections under our Coming Soon menu option. Placing a preorder means you are reserving fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before Pink Door Fabrics receives this fabric in hand. Since Pink Door Fabrics does not have the fabric in hand at the time of the preorder, please understand that we will ship all preorder fabrics immediately upon receiving preorder fabrics. The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each preorder listing. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If for any reason there is an issue with your preorder (ie delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution. Please know that all preorder sales are final. Preorder sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders. We appreciate your understanding. Please do not order IN STOCK items with your preorder; place multiple orders if other items are needed ASAP.
++ SEW FANCY RETREAT POLICY
Specific to our Sew Fancy Retreats - these are non-refundable events. At any time before the event, if you must cancel your registration, we will attempt to facilitate a transfer of your registration on your behalf. If your ticket is able to be transferred, there will be a $75 administration fee to facilitate this transfer. We do not permit transfers done on your own and anyone not enrolled by us will not be permitted into the event. 60 days prior to the event, absolutely no transfers or cancellations and/or refunds will be permitted. All guest lists are final at this time and no changes will be made. No transfers from one retreat to another will be permitted.
Should you need to cancel/transfer, we request that you send us an email confirmation of your hotel cancellation if you reserved under the room block before we can complete the transfer.
++ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will always ship to your PayPal address unless specified otherwise.
We do not price match other businesses.
Due to the variations in screen colors, we do our best to describe the color of the fabric you are receiving. We encourage you to also view the fabric on the manufacturer's website if you are concerned.
