Here’s how to change your address!
Card expired or changed?

IMPORTANT: If your subscription has already billed and the order is created, changing your address in your account will NOT be reflected on that order. You MUST email us with your address change immediately so that we can update the address on your order. You will still need to follow the steps below to change your address on all upcoming orders.
- Login to your Pink Door Fabrics account
- Once the Order History shows, navigate to the right hand side and click on the red [CLICK HERE TO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS]
- Once the portal loads, you'll now see Your Next Order at the top. On the right hand side, you'll see Address & payment details - click on that.
- Click Manage payment methods
- Here, you can remove or edit payment methods - see below if your default method is Shop Pay.
PLEASE NOTE: You can now have different payment methods for each subscription and you can even have different shipping addresses. This portal is your new base for all things recurring so BOM programs, recurring orders (i.e. bi-weekly delivery of glue sticks, anyone?) You can manage all your info in one place now!
USING SHOP PAY? The process here is a little different! You can edit your shipping addresses and payment methods in the Shop app, or during checkout. You can save up to 10 credit cards, and 20 shipping addresses in your Shop Pay wallet.

From the Account tab in Shop, tap the Account menu.

Tap Settings > Payment methods.

Do any of the following:

To add a credit card, tap the + icon, enter your card details, and then tap Save card.

To delete a credit card, tap on the credit card you'd like to delete, and then tap Delete.

To change your billing address on an existing card, you need to delete and then re-add your card.

Optional: When you have multiple saved credit cards, you can assign a nickname to your credit card for display instead of showing only the last 4 digits. This feature is available for updating credit card information during checkout, and is unavailable in the Shop app.

From the Account tab in Shop, tap the Account menu.

Tap Settings > Shipping addresses.

Do any of the following:

To edit a shipping address, in the Manage addresses section, tap on the address that you’d like to change. Edit the fields that you need, and then tap Save address.

To add a shipping address, tap Add address, enter your address details, and then tap Save address.

To delete a shipping address, tap the address, tap the trash can icon next to the address, and then tap Delete.

Optional: In the Ship to section, click Set as default to designate an address as the default shipping destination for orders paid with Shop Pay.
